I’m all for anyone trying to make changes for the better in their life. I used to own a low-fat/fat-free market in Dallas in the ’90s and tried Atkins when it was the “lifestyle diet” du jour 10 years ago. My conclusion is that like those diets, this too shall pass. My advice? Put down the fork at an appropriate time and enjoy your life.
